It is a park in an easily accessible location in the city center, and there is also a Hibiya public hall and library on the site.
There are many stations that can be used within a 10-minute walk. There are also the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Chiyoda Line, Hibiya Line, Toei Mita Line, and JR Yurakucho Station.
It is about 15 minutes walking from the Tokyo station.
